Hi, I am Manisha Dash and I have been practicing Yoga since my childhood. My Mission and Vision of creating this blog is to create fun and easy Yoga Asanas which can be done by Anyone, Anytime and Anywhere and motivating people to lead a healthy lifestyle.

I will be covering all the age groups and will also be targeting different health issues we all face in our life and how that can be managed by Yoga.

Before starting this I will give you a brief introduction about Yoga.

 

Yoga is an ancient practice originating in India which encompasses a complete approach to physical, mental wellness and spiritual disciplines. Its core are physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama), meditation and relaxation techniques.

  • Pranayama focuses on breathing techniques promoting vitality and mental clarity through various methods like deep breathing and alternate nostril breathing.
  • Meditation trains the mind to achieve calmness, clarity, and deeper understanding, stimulating inner peace and self-realization.
  • Relaxation techniques like Savasana induce deep rest, reducing stress and rejuvenating both body and mind.

Yoga is a philosophy that provides a framework for understanding the self, the mind, and the universe and emphasizing the concepts like inter-connect, self-realization and love for ourselves.
